Sake Steamed Mushrooms











Ingredients


8 fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 pack enoki mushroom
1 pack shimeji mushroom
2 tbsps sake rice wine
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce


Method

Cut the bottom of enoki mushrooms and shimeji and cut into 2 inch lengths.
Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms.
Cut shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Put mushrooms in a pan and pour sake and salt over mushrooms.
Put a lid over the pan and place the pan over high heat.
Steam mushrooms for a few minutes and stop the heat.
