Beef and Onion Kabob










Ingredients

1 pound beef
2 onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
vegetable oil


Method

Cut beef into bite-sized chunks.
Cut onion into chunks as the same size as beef.
Put oil on bamboo skewers.
Pierce bamboo skewers into beef and onion pieces.
Mix soy sauce and mirin in a plate and marinate skewered beef and onion for one hour.
Drain well.
Grill the kabobs over high heat until the meat is cooked.
