Kombu Chazuke










Ingredients


3/4 cup steamed rice
1 Tbsp tsukudani kombu
green tea leaves or tea bags


Method


Serve steamed rice in a rice bowl.
If it's leftover rice, reheat the rice in the microwave.
Place tsukudani kombu on top of the rice.
Brew green tea in a tea pot.
Pour hot green tea over rice.
